Shipping costs:
Domestic delivery: Free shipping on orders over 2,000 NTD(with the exception of off shore island addresses).
For shipments totaling less than 2,000 NTD, there is a delivery charge of 120 NTD.

For international shipping: International shipping service is available. We will charge NTD 700 for package that is less than 5kg. All shipping will be send by air-flight. Please contact us by phone or email for further information.

Returns & exchanges   
We will accept merchandise returns when they meet the following criteria:
* They are returned within 10 days of delivery.
* They are in their original packaging.
* They are accompanied by the purchase receipt.
 
When you have notified our customer service center, please return the merchandise by post or in person. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and then the refund will be made through bank transfer.
 
We also appreciate your understanding of following terms:
※   Shipping costs of returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
※   If you receive a mishandled shipment or defective product, please contact our customer service center, we will provide whatever help we can.
※   Canned food products are nonrefundable once opened.
※   We hope that you are happy with the products you have selected. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that you have had 3 order changes or cancellations.
